training with purpose

This week we exchange some good old fashioned shit talking with SOFLETE [@sofletehq] founder, Brent Phillips. As it turns out, they do more than sling apparel repost tattoos. This legit training program was developed with the tactical athlete in mind and some of the first spec ops to speak out against hammering away with volume. Looking for training that encompasses running, gunning, precision, and power? Look no further than SOFLETE. You don’t have to own a pair of silkies to train like a boss. Women’s underwear will due just fine.

I had time this week to kick it with the guys so there was a fair amount of pre-show banter and since Tex was nowhere to be found, and unable to defend himself, it was open season on hair jokes. Stay tuned to the end of the episode to hear the behind the scenes chatter.

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

You can find Brent Phillips and the Soflete crew on Instagram under the name @SofleteHQ or head to www.Soflete.com for programming, supplements, or apparel for the special hooker in your life.
