I. WANT. PROGRAMMING!
All programming by John Welbourn and the Power Athlete team can be found on a platform called TrainHeroic. Our programming, when paired with TrainHeroic's technology, might just be the most robust training program online. There are at least three parts to every training day:
- Warm Up and Dynamic Movement Prep
- Strength Work for the beginner and the advanced participant
- Field Work This could be any combination Hi Intensity Interval Training, cardio, metcon, plyos, weightlifting, sprints, or strong man
Each session will also include notes on approach, focus, takeaways, video demos and more. All you have to do is put in the work; utilize the live workout tracking, leader boards, training feeds and more from TrainHeroic, and watch the results pile up.
