That's right, this program includes 6 DMP sequences each week for 12 weeks. We ratchet up volume week after week and continuously introduce to new movements to make sure you're progressing.

You will have access to this 12 week cycle for a full year, so you can use it over and over and over again!

Our DMP Sequences are like nothing else out there:

  • Multi Plane - Don't get stuck in a rut... LITERALLY! Take your training to all planes of motion, and varied movement patterns!
