A strength and conditioning coach since 2009, Cali has worked with numerous athletes spanning from rugby players to cross country skiers.Almost immediately after finding CrossFit in 2010, she was introduced to a program that better suited her athletic goals.With her existing background in powerlifting and football, she became a natural devotee to CFFB/PowerAthlete and testament to it's effectiveness.In 2012, she left D.C. and headed for the state named after her to be a part of the CrossFit Football Seminar Staff and a Jedi of Power Athlete HQ. Cali currently resides in Seattle where she works full time in law enforcement.

    Great Podcast! Thanks for addressing my on-going questions about plant based proteins given that I was the primary devil’s advocate for plant based protein. I’m sold on the animal based protein. That being said I’d be curious to see what john thinks about http://www.sunwarrior.com/product-info/warrior-blend….which makes lot’s of claims about having a complete amino acid profile, etc.

    Let the freight train called John Wellbourn roll. I’d strongly recommend that the show be an hour and that John be on it everyday. Never get enough of hearing him share this helpful knowledge.

    I also recommend that when you have Dr. Jin the neuroscientistt on the program, that you record it in video form. I’d love to see the brain mapping of high level athletes and special forces in diagrams and pictures.

    Keep up the great work guys. Can’t wait to the third episode.
