Power Athlete Radio – ReBroadcast with Mark Rippetoe

You don't need a hot tub time machine to go back and relive some of the best moments of 2014.  This week we bring you one of our most epic and favorite interviews on PA Radio.  In April we asked Mark Rippetoe of the infamous Wichita Falls Athletic Club program and author of Starting Strength to join us and join us he did.  Episode 52 is like drinking knowledge from a firehose -nearly impossible and guaranteed to hurt your head.  Have a listen as John and Ripp discuss everything from meat, to Froning, to the FMS/FML/LMAO/STFU movement screening processes.

  1. Love that’s river cottage meat book! Had it for years, river cottage veg book ain’t bad either…

  2. I love the simplicity in the statement “if you wait for the adaptation to occur by itself, you’ll still be waiting.”

  3. No cell phone? Rip’s a man after my own heart. Great podcast!
