100 Episodes of awesome.

Happy 100th episode, Power Athlete Nation!  There is so much to celebrate on the podcast today.  Our centennial episode coincides with John’s birthday, the end of #22JackedStreet testing, and the start of the next one hundred installments of strength and conditioning’s premier podcast.

You are in for a long treat today as we get rolling over a few drinks and literal potty talk.  If you already know what an upper-decker is, you’re going to want to skip through the first 7 minutes of this program.  However, if you don’t, you will also want to skip through the first 7 minutes of this program.

Hear about the final moments of #22JackedStreet and the results of nearly six months of hard work.  Some of the BodPod feedback will surprise you.

No celebratory episode would be complete without a little love and reminiscing.  Relive some of our favorite moments of Power Athlete Radio and fuzzy details about how it all started…and then how it was nearly shut down.  Also, we talk about the existence of our original “lost” episode, Episode Zero..  “There is another…”

Things start to get off the rails when we begin telling stories about the PA Symposium and how Denny and Steve slept face to face sharing a glut Compex session.

If you want funny, informative, and relevant information – we have 99 other Episodes to choose from.  All kidding aside, I couldn’t be more proud to present Episode 100 of Power Athlete Radio.

Stay tuned to next week to hear from Zach Even Esh.  This guy strikes me as young Fred Hatfield.  His demeanor and coaching presence is something beyond passionate.  Do yourself a favor and get excited about your training by listening to Episode 101 next week.
