This week's episode features Sean Rigsby. Sean is a member of Team MDUSA out of Charlotte, South Carolina. If you don't know what that means I'll go ahead an summarize - He and all of his friends are way stronger than you.
Sean's life has had some pretty interesting twists and turns, including playing Rugby at a high level and eventually following CrossFit Football for some strength and power development. Not only that, Sean has been a touring musician AND a CrossFit coach. All roads eventually led him to Olympic Weightlifting where his love for the sport and natural athleticism allowed him to excel to the tune of a 327kg total.
What is Sean's thought on things like the catapult method, using weightlifting as means to condition, or only using the power variations of the lifts? AND did John really do a butterfly pullup to toes to bar to skin the cat dismount all on an Eleiko bar that was being held by two people in an NFL weightroom? Stay tuned to find out.
