From football to film to fitness.

Hey everyone!  Thanks for tuning into Power Athlete Radio.  This week we talk with the CrossFit Renaissance man, Mike Osuna.  Mike is a former Arena Football League player turned fireman and has managed to dominate South Florida since 2008 with his six CrossFit affiliates. To top it off, he is also the founder of The Crush Games [@thecrushgames]. Although Mike is no stranger to crushing business and real life, he has also appeared as a stuntman for football movies.

The show kicks off with a lively recap of the South Korea seminar.  As per usual, no CFFB travel is without it’s quirky challenges.  Then the crew dives right into how Mike became the “czar” of South Florida over the span of just a few years.  Hear how he went from gym owner, to franchise monopolist, to running one of the most successful competitions in the history of competitive fitness.

Mike’s beginnings are not extraordinary, but the culture he’s developed and the business he’s built is truly impressive. Find out what he feels makes this biggest impact in terms of managing and growing a successful business from the members to the coaching staff.  Also, find out more about the philosophy of his baby, The Crush Games, and why Power Athlete became involved with the shorter duration, higher power, sub competition, The Samson Games.

There is so much to learn from humble fireman/entrepreneur, Mike Osuna.
