ROBBWOLF2

Put your money where your mouth is.

The legendary Robb Wolf graces the stage of the 2015 Power Athlete Symposium in Costa Mesa California.  A listen to this awesome question and answer session will leave you busting with new insights into nutrition, sleep and other recovery practices.

When Robb Wolf speaks, people listen.  Touching on topics like new pre and post workout research, insulin responses, cholesterol 101, and finding your true training capacity, Robb leaves no stone unturned.  In true form, he fields the questions from our attending coaches with ease and intellect.

There is so much excellent flow going on in this conversation that we chose to keep the audience questions in the audio, despite their being a bit muffled.  However, what you will hear with distinct clarity is Robb’s passion for health and performance and for imparting even a fraction of that onto you the listener.

Hey guys (@john, @luke) is there going to be any more from the symposium?
I’ve listened to this one about three times by now, and was hoping for parts II, III, and IV (just assuming there was going to be this many) to follow (during the podcast John had mentioned the other guest – as Dr. Tom walked in during the back end of him talking)
SO I was hoping for more…cheers

in this podcast i remember @robbwolf mentioned some research that TBI patients were dosed with carbohydrates post tbi had a negative effect, while water did not? I probably screwed that up. I’m asking for my Girlfriend who is a Speech Pathologist who specializes in TBI. I wanted to search on pubmed for th research, but i was wondering if you might be able to help me. I know you guys are busy, perhaps off the top of your head you might know the Dr.’s name, date on the research, or any other way to simplify my search? a couple keywords? @john @luke
