Episode154Bbending the bullet that is cffb

This episode marks the first of several that poll the listening audience for questions. Power Athlete Nation hit us up with inquiries regarding programming, lifting, nutrition, and more. John, Luke, and Tex respond with intelligent, well crafted points of education – then provide movie references to emphasize their points.

It’s business as usual as the guys lend their expertise on all things strength and conditioning. However, one question posed requires them to choose just one Power Athlete program to follow and then explain the reasoning for their choice.

John says he wasted 100 rounds trying to see if it was possible to bend a bullet, Luke claims that the new Point Break doesn’t suck which means it does, and Tex just wants someone to play Spikeball with. These are just some of the highlights of Episode 154.
