 EPISODE159b
bumpin’ Grindstone

This week Tex [@mcquilkin] and Luke [@lukecalifornia] answer your questions direct from IG. You’ll find yourself entertained by the rapid fire responses to some inquiries and informed by the more dense training conundrums. The guys also reference one The Grindstone, the program we’ve designed for the workingman/woman who needs to move the dirt and doesn’t have 30 min to set aside for a fucking “cool down”.

So many questions, so many answers, so much Luke and Tex and all the hair, arbitrary hotness rating systems, and nonsensical metaphors to movies you can handle.  AND In this episode we will be offering a Grindstone promo code for NEW subscribers to get 20% off their first 2 months of the program.

Tex is in CA? Is that why real estate has skyrocketed in the last week?
