EPISODE167BWho wants to Be an Athlete

Back by popular demand, The Crew infotains you on the subject matter they know best: Movement, Performance, Movies, Nutrition, Movies, BBQ. Luke and Tex chat with remote PAHQ Crew, Leah Kay [@leahkay_allday] and Tyler Minton [@theMeleeWay] to recap recent MMA, The Games, and tackle your questions. When your rig breaks down at the games, you make shit happen. And when you make shit happen, you meet a crazy tow truck driver who claims to have killed three men. This is normal life with The PAHQ Crew.

Find out what the deal is with leaky gut, why you need a FORM lifting collar, and how to make your arms longer. You heard me right, a recipe of farmer carries and beating wholesale ass will increase your reach by 40% according to no research. This episode, sit back, relax, and take in the nutrition and training knowledge that gets you through a weekend of mowing the lawn and trips to Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Or, try Power Athlete Radio as the perfect conversation started at your next summer BBQ.
