This week we are bringing you another mind blowing Q&A with our Nutrition Crew, Tyler Minton [@theMeleeWay] and Leah Kay [@LeahKay_AllDay]. Recently we've been polling the masses to send us your questions. After filtering out the hundreds personal inquiries about Tex's hair secrets we were left with a handful of  relevant nutrition inquiries. Hear the Crew educate on how you can start getting your food to do it's damn job...making you jacked, fast, successful, and good looking.

Is it possible to lean out and maintain performance? Is keto the right diet for you? Does carb back loading really work? And what's the deal with Dark Matter? If we can't see it, how do we even know it's there. Ok so, we won't be able to answer that last one but.

Tyler brings us a great no bullshit rant about why your diet may not be working for you. As he so aptly puts it..."You can go 6 weeks without training and you'll be fine, but go 6 weeks without eating and you die".  Shout out the interns who tested that hypothesis.  The bottom line is that if people attacked their diet with the same voracity as training, we'd have a lot fewer questions and this podcast would basically be irrelevant.

    3. Anecdotally, I experimented over a two week period with standard beef vs grassfed. Using the same ingredients (cooking fats, veggies, over rice), eating the same amount, the standard beef put me into a food coma every time.
