Some people just love the suck. It drives them to endure what most cannot. But the misery and pain that is often associated with BUDS is not merely limited to that of the body. Founder of SEAL Fit and retired Navy SEAL, Mark Divine [@SEALfit], explains that to be successful in some of life’s seemingly insurmountable challenges, mindset is crucial. How do you cultivate your own? Mark suggests a few tactics. First, to truly serve in sport, combat, or business, you must work towards mastery of your discipline. Hear Mark discuss how then conquering fear can be achieved through closing the gap between the unknown and the known. Visualization and running through scenarios in your mind's eye is a form preparation that mimics actual experience.
