BRUTAL STRENGTH

Another UNPRECEDENTED episode with your favorite weathermen/conspiracy theorists/nihilists. What makes this week’s edition of PA Radio so unique? Absolutely nothing. More training tips and movie quotes than your average D-List podcast which technically makes us ELITE. If you’ve hated every other Crew recording before, there is a good chance you will also hate this one, maybe even more. BUT if you’ve grown to love the educational barn banter between these three flat-earthers with questionable haircuts, you’re in for a treat.

You asked about training rowers and rugby players in the off season, you wanted to know what our ride or die playlist consists of, and you’re coming to terms with the fact that your children are quickly ruining your life. John, Luke and Tex respond to these questions and give a few confessions of their own.

When inquiries regarding equipment come up, the fellas give you their preferences for loading and progressing with different implements. What are the three criteria for being a quote “good guy”? Find out the prerequisites for not being a giant asshole.

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

A lot of what we chatted about is explained in detail in the Power Athlete Academy program. Yeah you can just regurgitate what you’ve heard us say or you can challenge yourself to understand our methodology why’s on a deeper level.
