RELEASE THE HORMONES

Dr. David Calvo makes sense of peptides, aminos, and growth hormones with The Crew. If you’ve been looking for a concise explanation of how these essential building blocks interact with the body to regulate all kinds of functions, this is it. Learn how therapies are being used to tweak things like appetite and why we owe a debt of gratitude to some of the field’s earliest guinea pigs…bodybuilders.

Peptides aren’t a cure-all. There are many factors that contribute to healthy hormone production and most of them are well within your control. Genetic factors aside, your daily habits are the major influencers of whether or not you age feeling great or like garbage. If you’re like Luke, you peaked in high school. But, according to Dr Calvo, you can revisit that wave and ride it well into retirement.

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

Hopefully you will not ever be in need of a good orthopedist, but if you are, Dr Calvo is your man in Austin, TX. Here is a link to the research documents Dr. Calvo referred to in the episode. Enjoy!
