An accomplished powerlifter and bodybuilder, he now gives back to the community by imparting what he's learned. Like so many, he struggled with gut issues, fatigue, and all of the trappings that exist in training at the highest level. The difference? He researched and tested and researched some more. He discovered the miracle of micronutrients and heart rate variability. He does no cardio and dow not recommend steady state for his clients. How is able to achieve 4-5% bodyfat?
