The Wolf and the Kraken

Robb Wolf has a way of explaining things so that the layman can understand complex ideas. Maybe that’s why his humble little podcast, The Paleo Solution, has gained traction throughout the years among intelligent contemporaries in the field and idiots like us. This week Robb breaks down some of the latest developments in the world of nutrition and dispels the bullshit that’s being perpetuated just to make cold hard cash. Can you have both performance and longevity? He’s gentleman and a scholar. He’s a man of science with a moral compass directing him to inform the masses.

While long time friend of the show, Robbie Wolf, discusses fruit flies, the Carnivore diet, and fasting, he never loses sight of the big picture. In a nutrition world of extremes one thing is for certain…we are all going to die some day. Or are we?? John and Robb exchange perspectives on slowing the aging process and how best to achieve that through diet. They also speak fondly of contemporary, The Kraken aka Mat Lalonde. Robb talks about how he’s utilized the PA methodology for over 10 years in training for BJJ and why he’s convinced it makes the most sense for his goals. He toots our horn, we toot his. Tune in and maybe you’ll get your horn tooted too.

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

Hey John and Robb – can you post the articles or links to Michael Rose? I’d love like to read/hear some of his work. I found one NYTimes article but it seems like it’s an earlier study of his work.
