| Choose Your Weapon For The Fight Ahead

Your training should evolve without deleting the progress you’ve already made.

For years, we’ve been getting the same questions:

John, I finished Bedrock. What should I do next?

Work is kicking my ass. Should I move to Grindstone?

I’m travelling for the next month. What can I do without my normal gym?

My answer was usually pretty simple. Change the program. The problem was the way we sold our programs made doing that harder than it needed to be.

Your goals change. Your schedule changes. Your equipment changes. You change. Your training should be able to change with you.

That’s why we built Power Athlete All Access.

Change Your Weapon. Keep Your XP

One of the principles I keep coming back to when I talk about athletic development is this:

The athlete changes. The sport changes. The methods evolve. The principles do not.

That idea is baked into every Power Athlete program we’ve ever written. We aren’t sitting around creating random collections of exercises and slapping different names on them.

Every program is built from the same Power Athlete Methodology and the same Primal Movement Patterns: squat/hinge, lunge, step, vertical push and pull, horizontal push and pull. Those patterns are the language of human movement.

What changes from program to program is how we apply them and the adaptation we’re chasing. That matters when you move between programs.

If you build your foundation with Bedrock and then progress to Field Strong, you aren’t throwing away everything you’ve learned and starting again. The movements, positions and principles you’ve been developing still apply. Now we’re changing the stimulus and asking you to do more with them.

You’re changing weapons, not deleting your save file.

Train for the Fight You’re In

Good programming has to solve the problem sitting in front of you. And that problem doesn’t stay the same forever.

Maybe six days of training works great right now. Then work blows up. You have kids. Your schedule gets hammered and suddenly six days isn’t happening. No problem, Grindstone is there.

Maybe you’re travelling for three weeks and the hotel “gym” consists of two dumbbells, a treadmill and something that looks like it survived the Cold War. We’ve got you covered with Lean & Able.

Maybe you’re a field athlete who’s built your base and ready for the next step. Field Strong is there.

The objective isn’t to blindly stay loyal to a program because it’s the one you bought. The objective is to keep moving forward. All Access gives you the ability to choose the right training stimulus for the athlete you are right now, without losing access to what came before or having to buy what comes next.

The fight changes. Your loadout should too.

Stop Starting Over

This is the part I think people miss. Changing programs shouldn’t mean wiping the slate clean.

Athletic development isn’t a collection of disconnected 12-week challenges. You build qualities. You maintain them. You develop new ones. You keep stacking XP. The Power Athlete Methodology is the thread connecting all of it. Your squat is still your squat. Your hinge is still your hinge. Posture and position still matter. Producing force still matters. Moving with intent still matters. The program may change because the adaptation you’re chasing has changed. The foundation stays with you.

That’s what makes All Access more than a library of workouts. It gives you a training system you can move through as your goals, experience and circumstances evolve.

You don’t lose your progress every time the mission changes. You take it with you into the next fight.

Pick The Right Weapon

I’ve never believed there is one perfect program for every athlete forever. There is a right program for the job in front of you. That’s the thinking behind All Access. You get all 10 Power Athlete programs under one membership, so when the job changes, your next weapon is already sitting in the inventory.

And if you’re staring at the selection screen thinking, what the fuck do I pick?, you don’t have to figure that shit out alone. All Access also puts you inside our private Discord with the Power Athlete coaching team. Tell us what you’re training for, what equipment you’ve got, how much time you have and where you’re struggling. We’ll help you choose your weapon.

Better training isn’t about doing more. It’s about applying the right stress, to the right athlete, at the right time. That’s the coaching philosophy behind our programming. All Access simply gives us a better way to put it into practice.

The athlete changes. The fight changes. The principles don’t. Now your training can change with you.
