In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:

Hey guys, this is Bryan Herron up in Nashville, Tennessee. And I’m a long time listener second time caller and have a question with regards to blood work. I know Jon talks about getting his blood work checked very regularly and something has been on my somewhat to do list, and I’ve been having some weird illness stuff. That’s really sort of escalated the need to get that done and I checked into calls into per the recommendation of some of the Flash and realize that it’s just a little bit outside my price range. So I wanted to get your takes on alternatives to getting blood check. Mainly what type of blood work needs to be done. And what main markers to look for possible solutions wage. Goodness with regard to that and what to look for in someone to interpret those those results and making the corrective measures. I appreciate your help and take on that, definitely appreciate it and wanted to say thanks for all you guys do love it all and thanks to the programming gnomes to getting back on track with releasing the grindstone workouts on Friday evening, thanks guys. Appreciate it. I hope to hear from you. Thanks.

Power Athlete Radio hotline opens up for a caller having some weird illness that requires bloodwork. Before going to his doc, the caller checks in with John and Tex to see what markers he needs to be on the lookout for. Far too often the physician orders the wrong bloodwork tests or skips tests that are important and/or the client/patient does something to mess up the results. John has had his blood taken several times a year for multiple decades by the great Dr. Tom Incledon. Now that John’s attention has shifted from crushing souls on the field to being the strongest dad on the block, learn what markers he is looking for when going in for an oil check multiple times a year.
