Wade’s Army is YOU

When the guys get together to answer your questions in a Crew episode, a lot of shit gets pondered. Tex spends most of the podcast trying to convince John and Luke that he’s not a robot and that he is, in fact, a human man with human emotions. Luke wrestles with his own experience of mortality when a public restroom automatic sink fails to sense his presence. And finally John tries to legitimize the Premier Podcast in Strength and Conditioning by actually answering S&C inquiries from YOU, the listener.

That’s right, folks. Cake is NOT evil. As John explains, it doesn’t steal your PIN number or impregnate your wife. Nutrition is as complicated as you make it. When you personify certain foods as “good” or “evil” you take your personal onus out of the equation. This week we answer your questions about diet, training, boat shoes, and more. In typical PAHQ fashion, this episode gets mighty weird when John and Luke try to ascertain whether or not Tex is a robot and whether or not his robot body will be affected by being tased. If you missed it, head over to Tex’s Wade’s Army page to get us that much closer to his charitable suffering. 20k for a five second ride he’ll never forget. Listen NOW!
