Tell Me Where It Hurts (Or Doesn’t)

You’ve heard his name many times throughout the podcast. Most times, he’s being referred to as basically the David Blaine of the human body…although his ability to repair athletes is anything but an illusion. The impact that Dr Craig Buhler has had on athletes throughout the world, including John, cannot be overstated. His work in the AMIT Method (Advanced Muscle Integration Technique) [@amitmethod] continues to permeate into mainstream injury prevention and treatment fields. Listen to his incredible anecdotes that include atlas and nasal adjustments, taking elite athletes from extreme pain to game ready, and his wholistic approach to ensuring the repairs stick. it’s not magic, it’s Dr Craig Buhler.

Have you ever wanted to know what caused your catastrophic injury? One day you’re *feeling* great and the next you’re a shell of the young go-hard you once were? Right Luke? Dr Craig Buhler [@amitmethod] of AMIT Institute breaks down the most common cause for that seemingly random, yet massive injury. As he explains, the best athletes in the world have found incredible adjustments, using the surrounding muscle tissue of a particular joint, to overcome the pain. That compensation, in addition to the cascading effect of multiple muscular inhibitions is precisely why we see so many crazy injuries in the pros which appear to come out of nowhere. Dr Buhler lays down the science of why these injuries occur and exactly what he does to get those pro athletes back in fighting shape. Tune in…your men’s league slow pitch softball team will thank you. Listen NOW!
