Metabolic Flexibility & Movies

It’s been a while since The Crew was able to sit around and reminisce on what was an epic 2019 Power Athlete Symposium. John, Luke, and Tex have a lot of NFL catching up to do and your questions to answer. While they consult the 2020 Galactic Calendar to see what the future of Power Athlete holds, it doesn’t take an astrological reading to know that Luke will never be able to maintain his New Year’s resolution. If it’s pointless banter you enjoy, then belly up my friend. No podcast can kill 2 hours of your productivity like a Power Athlete Radio Crew episode.

When you dropped your questions into our Instagram feed this week, we responded with roughly two hours of somewhat helpful feedback. If it’s metabolic flexibility you want to learn about…you’re in luck. Training the PA HAMR or trying to improve your deadlift? We got you. Who would win a street fight…Van Damme or Bruce Lee? Not surprisingly, The Crew was able to solve that little chestnut. But if you are one of the several who asked movie related questions…GODDAMNIT. You know what you did. You know The Crew can’t resist taking a simple like/dislike cinema question and turning it into a multi-decade rundown of every movie they’ve ever seen, slept through, or heard of.
