What’s almost as good as having a World Class Guest on Power Athlete Radio? Having NO guest at all and listening to our Crew of two post-peak athletes and one “friend of the podcast”, John Welbourn. There is no shortage of important global issues to discuss…by other renowned shows. PA Radio is here to bring you their take on Super Bowl LIII, JLo, Shakira, lack of nip slips, and much much more. While you were getting hamboned on The Claw, our Crew was working hard to bring you an opinion based recap of everything you missed.

This week we’re bringing you a brief Super Bowl recap followed by many of your questions about nutrition, HAMR, swimming, movies, and more. There are plenty of inquiries about John’s experience playing, and eating, with Andy Reid. Someone figures out that John’s been sniping programming progression names from the hit kids show, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Finally, the commercial that stole the heart and breath of everyone at PAHQ…Fast and Furious 9. Now you know why this episode ran well over 2 hours.
