Hungry Like the Wolf

Hanging around smart people makes you appear smart. That has always been the glue that holds our friendship with sweetheart, Robb Wolf [@dasrobbwolf], together. If you think three guys with mustaches completely disregarding the 6 ft rule for a fourth man with a fanny pack isn’t bromance, I don’t know what is. Robb always has a way of bringing legitimacy to this little podcast operation by exposing the latest frontiers of nutrition and wellness. He battles the bullshit HARD with nothing more than cold hard facts. His goal is to liberate millions out of the “sick care” system and get folks on a HSA or MediShare style program to get diagnostic work done early to prevent illness. Seems like a pretty easy lift to me.

This is an ad. Please consider our shameless self promotion.

What are you doing for the next three hours? Tackling some house chores? A quick viewing of Lord of the Rings? Watching your kids grow up? Cancel those plans because we have author, biochemist, and soon to be documentarian, Robb Wolf [@dasrobbwolf], on this week’s episode. Things go about as expected when Robb sits down with The Crew. No stone goes unturned as talk of technology, politics, the “sick” care system, and Robb’s former life as a vegan gets discussed. Of course the meatiest part of this conversation is the nutrition knowledge that is dropped by Robb. He explains that although he’s often asked the same questions ad nauseum, he will never turn down a soul who is actively looking for self improvement. He’s gone so far as to collaborate on a documentary called Sacred Cow, hopefully coming to Netflix in July! Listen NOW!
