Author / John

1 hr 55 min

Sure, this week’s guest has seen some shit and done some shit, but his legacy is slowly transforming. Andy Stumpf is more than a pretty face/former SEAL, he has an insatiable curiosity for people and the complexities of their environments. This is what makes him not only the gifted podcast host of “Cleared Hot”, but a man whose amassed a wealth of knowledge simply by asking the difficult questions. Like a humble Yoda with a borderline irrational hatred for Steven Segal, Andy speaks on the current times and what it means for our country’s future.

This is an ad. Please consider our shameless self promotion.

Two words you’ll never need to utter to this week’s guest, “Be honest…” Any question fired at Andy Stumpf is guaranteed to get the real treatment. In all the years we’ve known him he’s never been the guy to insert his opinion unsolicited. This is ironic given that he’s earned the right to speak liberally on subjects most Americans have no first hand knowledge of, yet blab about with unfounded noise. It’s a testament to his temperament and open mindedness, something that he clearly exhibits when talks go from COVID, to gun control, to parenting. Like two old chestnuts reminiscing on fitness, their fondness of hunting, and a mutual hatred for Steven Segal…John and Andy are reunited.
