You Can’t Buy a Resiliency Degree

In trying times, everyone needs a dose of Tony Blauer [@TonyBlauer], creator of the SPEAR System [@Spear.System]. He’s spent a lifetime studying how fear impacts an individual’s ability to not only perform, but do virtually everything. That’s why you owe it to yourself to give this episode a listen. No one is impervious to the effects of fear but it is absolutely possible (and necessary) to manage it. As Tony says “People who manage fear, manage to fight”. This is true in so many facets including getting a poor medical diagnosis, finding yourself in a violent scenario, or simply thinking of future hurdles. Find out how to navigate these mind-fucks with the proper techniques and how avoidance will not prepare you for the next bout.
