This week we go big-time with former American Gladiator and The Biggest Loser Coach, Jen Widerstrom [@JenWiderstrom]. If you thought she was impressive before, give this episode a listen. Jen explains that throughout the ebb and flow of the industry, technology, and her personal life, she has come to expect that HOW she impacts others through coaching will change. What she has never lost sight of is her WHY. Learn how Jen is able to tackle the mental complexities around nutrition with her clients and why she thinks that the quarantine has only reinforced peoples’ basic need for a team connection. And finally the fellas discuss what is to become of this year without the PA Symposium or Sorinex Summer Strong.
