We Are 99.9% the Same

One of the most powerful conversations on Power Athlete Radio is with this week’s guest, Kaz Kazadi [Twitter @NeilMcCauley1]. As a former strength coach of John’s and a well known leader on and off the field, Kaz elevates our shit big time. No matter the topic, he seems to have a grounded and logical blueprint for how best to tackle the toughest of issues. The Crew discusses the complexities of coaching, parenting, race, and so much more. If you need a kick in the ass to get refocused on what is REALLY important in life, look no further than the words of Kaz Kazadi.

This is an ad. Please consider our shameless self promotion.

Kaz Kazadi told us 2020 had been a great year for him. His reason: People are having real conversations. That is exactly what this week’s episode with him feels like. Within that authenticity, Kaz shares his thoughts on our societies pitfalls and even better, provides solutions. His perspective is based on the fact that we are all 99.9% the same and that there is far too much emphasis on our miniscule differences. He believes that if we create a culture where vulnerability is embraced and where fear is merely information not cowardice, we may start to mend the divide. Kaz firmly believes that for a coach, it can start on day one in the weightroom. Tune in for an epic and uplifting conversation.
