In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:

Hey Crew, Fig Newton coming at you with a question. I am 24 years old, 5’9″, 200 lbs and 20% body-fat. Went from savage to average the last couple years and recently dropped from 35% BF down to 20%. Longterm goal is to alternate between Jacked Street and Field Strong. My short term goal is to get down to 10% body-fat, build up aerobic base and decent level of strength.

I need to get a solid plan going so I want to hop on a program, but I do not know which one will help me reach my goals best. My limitations right now: I am full-time chiropractic student, 23 credits a semester, and living in apartment close to school. Apt gym is livable but far from what I need for PA programs.

If you were me, how would you set up life for the next years to train with limited schedule and equipment?

By Changing Nothing, Nothing Changes

Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life. A college student calls the Power Athlete Radio hotline with a 10% body fat dream! Limited time, equipment, and energy to execute, but the caller does have one thing, a goal!

In this episode of Power Athlete Radio, The Crew lays down a four year plan for a student to progress their training, get their nutrition in check, and position themselves for success academically, socially, and physically. Focusing on the goal will keep the caller clear of any situation in college that absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody’s part.
