How do you measure success in your business? Our guest this week, Jeff Gothelf [@JeffGothelf] has a simple test to determine effectiveness: Did you change the behavior of your intended audience? Transitioning from the tech world to educating, authoring, and coaching was the beginning of Jeff’s unique story. He believes that telling your story is one of the ways that distinguishes you from your competitors. Being confident in your authenticity is just one aspect of the equation. You’ve got to learn how to test your products and concepts in the most efficient way possible….minimal work and risk to determine what is going to affect your consumer. Lean, not lazy. This is the mindset of a forward thinking entrepreneur.
