80 min listen

Power Athlete Nation you’re in for a real treat as we welcome world-class speed coach Derek Hansen to sit down with John Welbourn and the Crew to discuss performance, speed, and injuries as the NFL hits its halfway mark on the 2020 season.

Are You Ready For Some Football?!

The NFL season passed the halfway mark and as expected, the Chiefs and Steelers are on top, the Jets and Jags are fighting for the #1 pick, and the 49ers have over $80 Million Dollars in player salaries on the Injured Reserve…wait what?!

So close to striking gold a season ago, are the 49ers just unlucky? Or does it have something to do with how they prepare and play the game?

World-class sprint coach Derek Hansen sits down with John Welbourn and The Crew to analyze the impact of injuries on teams and their ability to execute. Gain the player’s perspective from 10-year vet and the skilled coach’s eye on why breakout playmakers Dalvin, Kyler, Tua, and many more are able to thrive in an incredibly unpredictable season.
