In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:

Hey, what’s up The Crew? I was calling because I have a really good question for you guys. I want to know what are some good basic literacy inside of strength and conditioning books that I could go and read so I can have a better idea of what is offered inside of the Power Athlete Methodology courses online. I love S&C but do not have the resources to go and get a kinesiology degree. If you could help out a guy that would be awesome. Byeeeee.

Readers Are Leaders!

Power Athlete Book Club is in session sharing 15 essential S&C chronicles for an education you can get for $1.50 in late fees at the public library. Listening to this Crew episode you can just smell the rich mahogany as John, Luke, and Tex dust a few books off to discuss how authors Hatfield, Zatsiorsky, Schwarzenegger, and many more influenced the Power Athlete Methodology course, their coaching style, and the unmatched programming experience.

For a full list of authors and books in order of readability, check out the show notes linked below. If we missed a prominent read, drop a comment below and we’ll add it to our leather bound book collection!
