In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener.

These Are My Sons, Walker and Texas Ranger.

What would motivate someone to name their kids Maverick, McClain, Dalton or any other larger than life hero from their childhood? These movies changed the trajectory of the viewer’s life through the growth of the protagonist in a coming of age 80’s action movie so much so they passed the torch to their first born.

In this podcast John, Luke, and Tex answer a request for their top coming-of-age movies to pass down to the next generation. Find out what makes The Crew’s list and why Tommy Boy, Predator, Almost Famous, and many more legendary tales will mold the future leaders of the world. Or at least The Crew’s kiddos. Drop a movie we missed in the comments and we’ll add it to our Friday Movie Red list.
