Occasionally we have a guest on the podcast that shakes our world up…in a good way. That is how we’d describe this conversation with Ryan Bachik [@bachik_methods]. His entry into the world of human movement is not all that unique but where the journey took him is anything but traditional. Every day, Ryan commits himself to serving others through improved movement. Many of these folks have suffered catastrophic spinal injuries which have left them with almost no range of motion. Ryan utilizes his knowledge of the brain’s ability to dictate movement AND his empathy for the emotional trauma associated with injury, to get these individuals seeing progress. The result is a movement and mindset momentum that propels clients towards recovery.

This is an ad. Please consider our shameless self promotion.

Physical recovery and emotional recovery to not occur independently. In fact, they are so closely intertwined that unless you address both, you likely will not achieve the wellness you seek. This is precisely what Ryan Bachik [@bachik_methods] strives to do at his facility. In dealing with catastrophic injuries, Ryan pays close attention to the energy of the client. He doesn’t ignore his instincts about that person’s emotional state and instead, directly addresses it. It’s this commitment to improving the person as a whole that sets Ryan apart from traditional practices. The ultimate coach takes their athlete where the athlete cannot take themself. This makes Ryan one incredible coach. Listen NOW!
