Up Your Game with Biology

Steven Kotler [@Kotler.Steven] has spent 30 years researching human performance at its peak. He’s worked with hundreds of the highest caliber athletes and been involved in countless studies to decode performance. With his most recent book, The Art of Impossible, Kotler lays out a framework for using your innate biology to propel you towards success. He calls it going from “0 to dangerous”. The antiquated approach to shaping your personality around an ideal is long gone. Instead, leaning on and honing in on your naturally evolved instincts will provide the primer for performance.
