And just like that, Power Athlete Radio turns 8 years old!💪🥳

A lot of developmental milestones happen by the age of eight. The capability to completely dress and groom themselves, improved attention span resisting urges to bring up random movies like Twister, and the podcast is more for quality content than to learn how to actually do it.

John, Luke, Cali and Tex join forces for one last job marking the 450th episode milestone. Ninety minutes of flashbacks to adventures, flash in the pan burn bans, and flash forwards to new adventures for members of the The Crew.

Here’s to you, Power Athlete Radio listeners! Many thanks to all 6 of you for beating this dead horse with us for eight years… And many more!
