In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:

Hey Power Athlete my name is Sean. I’m 13 and I love your podcast, it helps me in life everyday. I have goals to play offensive line at a Division 1 school. What do you think my training should look like? I have access to a big home gym and I live right next to a big gym. Thanks, byyyyyyyeee.

Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do

Motivational quotes from legendary athletes is one way to plant the seed of success in a young athlete’s mind. Think of MJ’s, “Just play. Have fun. Enjoy the game.”, and Heroic JJ Watt reminding us, “Success isn’t owned, it’s leased. And rent is due every day.” Not to mention Dizzy Dean’s nutrition coaching, “A good bowl of Wheaties with bourbon can’t be beat.” #serves1

Now imagine if you had the chance to ask your favorite pro-athlete for advice on your playing career! What kind of one liners would they impart on you to change the trajectory of your athletic dreams?!

Dream on dreamers, this episode of Power Athlete Radio takes a question from a 13 year old Offensive Lineman reaching for the stars. Listen in as John and Tex empower this young athlete with quips, sound training guidance, and the keys to navigating the D1 dream.
