Monsters are built in the Shadows

Monsters aren’t built in the spotlight, they grind far away from prying eyes and curious minds. They are forged in dark, poorly lit garage gyms, small warehouses with concrete walls, and places where “fitty” wont want to dirty their Lulus or gym shark. They are built in the Shadows.

Jacked Street is onto a new installment called “The Shadow”. Welbourn went back and looked at some of his old training logs from the days of following a Mike Mentzer/Dorian Yates approach with heavy weights and high reps on compound movements. In the words of Yates, each workout is like a brick in a building, and every time you go in there and do a half-ass workout, you’re not laying a brick down. Somebody else is. You stand at the crossroads of intention and action. Of gainzville and losertown. Only you know which way you want to go. Give this Crew a listen and learn the details of “The Shadow.”
