In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:

Hey their power athlete guys. This is Spud, and I’m following the shadow cycle. I’m loving it. I got summer coming up. I got this bachelor party in mid-June, and I need to be the most jacked guy there. So, how do I eat? Well, I’m doing the cycle to make sure the most jacked guys June 21st. Can you guys please help me? I don’t really have much else going for me Beyond being leaned. So I really need to stand out. All these guys have great personalities. I really appreciate your help by happy 420 guys.

Accepting yourself burns the most calories.

The origins of the Jacked Street program date back to a bet made in 2014, a group of people follow the same training program, but the athletes got to choose their goal: 1) gain 10% of bodyweight, 2) lose 10% of their bodyweight. 22 weeks later, jeans were ripped, LB’s were shed, and fitness industry secrets were unveiled.

The Crew has a caller seeking to make the most of their time on Jacked Street seeking to lean out as they pack on slabs of muscle for Summer. John takes this as an opportunity to expose fitness influencers and give away the magic and BS they’re feeding the unassuming client aiming to look good naked. Takeaway the value of aerobic work, caloric consumption based on goals and activity, and how to train with intent in order to build muscle.
