Although I’m a dude- still a ton of practical nutrition info!

I like the addition of the movie recs at the end- a few b-ball movies that didn’t make the cut, that deserve a watch:
    -The Pistol
    -Above the Rim
    -Rebound: Earl Manigault story
    And a monster/b-ball crossover:
    -Teen Wolf

Thanks for all of the great content
