Strength training is coordination training against a resistance.

The only thing better than an in-person podcast guest? Two in-person guests! Coaches Cory Schlesigner and Zack Zillner are in studio to share their experience empowering athletes at the pro-fessional and collegiate levels. Riding the highs and lows as strength coaches in the world of basketball has turned these two from coaches to teachers and mentors of young men and women at the peak of their athletic lifecycle.

If you’re looking for programming X’s and O’s of athleticism and career advise as a coach, this is the episode. If you’re looking for some banter on how to beat the casino your next Vegas trip, this is not the episode. You’ll walk away with plenty of info, most of which is probably what not to do.
