“It’s ok to have a plan but resilience comes through adaptability”.

How can I sum up this episode? Well, Brett Bartholomew is basically the in the drivers seat of a vision quest to be the best coach, person, leader, human, you want to be. The author of Conscious Coaching does allow for the typical Power Athlete detours along the way – movies, politics, child rearing, and of course, Welbourn stories.
