Author / John

1 Hour 46 Minute Listen

Dive into the science of your second brain, the gut, and its impact on your life.

This week I’m teaming up with the legendary Mike Sarraille to tackle a topic that’s got more layers than an NFL playbook and more depth than a military mission briefing: gut health. Exploring the connection between your gut and those lingering ailments that just won’t quit.

We also uncover the surprising parallels between our careers. Ever wonder how concussions in the NFL stack up against the battlefield blows our military heroes endure? Tune in as we share insights that will blow your mind (safely, of course).
