Arash Soofiani shares coaching insights that turn kids into Dragon Slayers and men into leaders.
Jiu Jitsu isn’t just about submissions, it’s about structure, suffering, and self-mastery. Resident Dragon Slayer, Arash Soofiani is back to talk about what happens when you take lessons from the mat and bring them into fatherhood, coaching, and everyday life. From running youth MMA programs to navigating the mental chess of Jiu Jitsu, Arash breaks down how combat sports create strong bodies and even stronger minds.
This one’s for the coaches, the dads, and the men trying to raise savages in a soft world. They cover how to build discipline in kids, how to coach without coddling, and the overlooked strategies that separate hobbyists from warriors. Whether you roll or not, this conversation will have you thinking differently about strength, leadership, and legacy.
