Why you’re tired, hungry and not seeing gains. The brutal truth about your nutrition
Certified Power Athlete Coach and nutritionist, Ben Skutnik, joins me to slap you awake from your food-induced coma. Think you have a diet problem? Ben’s here to tell you it’s more about mindset than macros.
We break down why most people fail at nutrition, from emotional eating and environmental triggers, to the fact that you treat your kitchen like a museum: nice to look at, but never used.
If you’ve ever found yourself staring into a fridge full of food and still ordering DoorDash, this one’s for you. We’re talking cooking skills, the power of meal prep, how to build consistency with food tracking, and why your digital food scale might be the best investment you’ve never used.
Ben brings the no-BS insights that will make you rethink your habits and reframe your relationship with food. Tune in to find out why mastering your kitchen might be the final key to unlocking your performance.
