The Ultimate 90-Day Group Challenge for Jacked Street Lifters
Think you’ve got what it takes to go ninety days without excuses? Power Athlete Certified Coach and resident Nutrition Ninja, Ben Skutnik, joins me to pull back the curtain on our brand-new HAMMER 90 Challenge. We break down exactly what this challenge is, why we built it, and how it’s designed to push you past the comfort zone that’s been holding you back. Ben and I share our own battle-tested experience running the program ourselves—what worked, what hurt, and what we learned when it was time to cash the check our mouths had been writing.
But it’s not just about the grind. We also dive into GLP-1 receptor agonists, the truth about their role in fat loss, and why our Sugar Cut protocol will wreck your cravings and reset your metabolism like nothing else.
Whether you’re chasing better performance, dropping fat, or just proving to yourself that you can commit and conquer, this episode will light the fire under your ass. Listen in and get ready to hammer your excuses into the ground.
