From the Teams to the boardroom, authenticity is your ultimate weapon.
Leadership is the buzzword of every boardroom, locker room, and Instagram caption, but few people can actually define what makes a leader worth following. I sit down with Mike Sarraille, former Navy SEAL officer, Recon Marine, and leadership expert, to cut through the noise and break down the raw truth about leadership. Mike’s been in the trenches where good leadership saves lives and bad leadership costs them, and he’s bringing those lessons to the table.
We cover what separates great leaders from frauds, why most people get leadership dead wrong, and how you can sharpen your own ability to lead—whether you’re running a business, coaching athletes, or raising a family. Mike shares real stories from the military that will make you rethink everything you thought you knew about command, responsibility, and authenticity.
If you’ve ever asked yourself what it really takes to lead in today’s world, this episode is for you.
