The battle-tested lessons we wish we knew before chasing size.
Hypertrophy doesn’t have to be complicated, but it sure as hell can be confusing when you’re starting out. Our resident Dragon Slayer, Arash Soofiani, sits down with me to break down the hard-earned lessons we wish we knew about building muscle.
From why compound lifts are the true foundation, to the trap of chasing caffeine highs, to the real meaning of intensity and progressive overload, this isn’t your run-of-the-mill “bro science” hypertrophy talk.
We’re cutting through the noise to give you timeless principles that will save you years of wasted effort in the gym. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter looking to refine your training, or just starting your journey into the world of hypertrophy, these insights will keep you on the fast track to results.
