Nutrition & Recovery | Podcast | Training Ep 832 – Robb Wolf on Nutrition, Ego & the Death of a Movement
Author / John
1 Hour 48 Minute Listen
How CrossFit lost its way, and what comes next.
CrossFit didn’t die overnight, it bled out slowly. From the early days of community, grit, and garage gyms to the corporate circus it became, Robb Wolf was there for all of it. We’re pulling no punches as we dissect what made CrossFit explode, and what ultimately drove it off a cliff.
We’re also diving into nutrition dogma, from the Paleo boom to the carb-phobic chaos that followed, and how the message got lost somewhere between performance and ideology.
This is an unfiltered look at where fitness culture went wrong, why people stopped listening to science, and what real nutrition and training should look like if you actually give a damn about results.
If you’ve ever loaded a barbell, argued over macros, or wondered why the fittest place on earth lost its soul, this episode is for you.
